Meeting Format

We discuss upcoming and past events at every meeting while sampling member's donations of their homebrew. We also discuss educational topics to help all homebrewers (novice and professionals
alike) brew better fermented product.

Other

The MCZA is a great place for the beginning homebrewer to understand what is involved in crafting a fine frosty mug of beer, snifter of mead or glass of wine. Topics at our meetings can range from the proper way to clean and sanitze to what different grains bring to the brewing table. Members bring brews they've created for friendly feedback and information on how they could be improved.
