Graphic Element Terms of Use

Graphic Elements representing intellectual property owned by the Washington Homebrewers Association are subject to these terms of use:

• Graphic Elements are to be used only with the explicit permission of the Executive Board.
• Graphic Elements required for use must be released through the WAHA Graphic Person. This will be to insure that materials sent forward are formatted appropriately for best use and appearance.

Graphic elements will be defined as any logo, logotype or artwork in analog or digital format that is used to represent the mission and interests of the Washington Homebrewers Association (WAHA).

In the capacity of generating Graphic Elements for the Washington Homebrewers Association, the WAHA Graphic Focal operates with the tacit approval of the Executive Board. Any materials generated are subject to review and approval by the Executive Board prior to publication.
